Hello all. I am very new to this and I am wondering if I can upgrade my att 8310 os to an 8320 os for the wifi? or is this a hardware issue.

No, the 8310 lacks wifi hardware. Also, you can't run an 8320 OS on an 8310. The 8320 is not an upgraded 8310.

No you cannot. The 8310 does not have wifi what so ever.
