I got an at&t BB Bold and unblocked it for t-mobile use, I dont have an internet plan in my account. i was planning to use wifi but the internet does not work with the wifi. If anyone has a solution plz help it will be greatly appreciated

You didn't mention whether you have a data plan with them - if not, there's no BIS. Without that, you cannot use any RIM designed feature other than the phone itself. No BBM, no messaging, no browsing unless you get a data plan or load 3rd party alternatives to your phone from your PC.

Genomos is correct... you will need a BIS data plan or some sort of data plan to work bbm and email

No Blackberry Data Plan = No access by RIM apps. There isn't a way around it. Plus, you'll only have 2.5G and not 3G, eg. edge (EDGE in uppercase if you have BIS) on t-mobile.
