    hi there,

    I have a problem with my blackberry 9900 internet connection,

    I can surf any page with browser,
    but all installed apps like "bbm, viber,whatsap" won't connect with internet.?

    any idea?

    You need BIS. BlackBerry Internet Service plan from your carrier. Call them to get the appropriate plan.
