I"m running .348 and cannot get my TMO 8900 to connect to my work's wifi. The wifi here is not password-protected in any way, but when I try to manually connect with No Security (the scan for network options asks for a pre-shared key, which I am beyond confused about), it says, "Unable to Connect. Reason: W010: Wi-Fi Connection Failed."
Also, I don't have access to change any of the router's settings, of course.

Go to the "Set up Wi-Fi" section
select "Scan for Networks"
When it shows what Wi-Fi choices you have select the one that corresponds to your work.
If it is open you should connect
If it doesn't connect I have gone down to "Wi-Fi Hotspot login" select it and it should come back and say "Your Blackberry device is now connected to the internet"

That's one of the problems. I can't do that. When I 'Scan for Networks," and i click on my open office network, it will ask me to generate a PIN from the router and if i cancel out of that, it asks for the Pre-Shared Key.
