    I have verizon and wifi is disabled but I read that you can install on os from another carrier other than verizon and I was curious if I did that would I have wifi then? Thanks for any info

    Why would by a device that does not have WIFI? I am sure you knew this before you bought it.

    is there any big advantage to wifi? or is just having verizon's network with no wifi enough?

    THere are arguments both ways. I would go over to the forums under carrier>vzw.
