i have a problem with the wifi on my blackberry 9700 bold.first time it was just fine and then suddenly it shut down itself. and i try to turn it on but it doesn't work even i restarted for many times and furthermore i'd already wiped out all the data and done restore factory settings.it still doesn't work.is there any solution for this problem?thanks in advance

Have you tried resetting the router, or tested it with another device?

yes. i had even tried change many location.i think it's not the connection.i try to open the wifi but it's not working.
