[CrackBerry Question]

I have been using a generic USB charger to charge my phone at work. The last time it ran down very quickly - within one day - and then when I charged it overnight using the proper charger it didn't switch on. My alarm went off as normal, but there was no screen display to stop the alarm and the neither the switch or swipe screen worked to open the screen. I took the small cover at the back off and after a while the phone lit up but then the section on the right hand side by the volume buttons became extremely hot. I turned the phone off and it switched itself back and then I turned it off again and left it for a couple of hours. I have switched it back on and it seems fine but any ideas as to what is going on?

Glitch in the matrix? Not really sure. But you should likely not use that generic charger any more and at least use a BlackBerry one to see if that helps.
