    I'm using a passport running the latest OS. There was a glitch with the android facebook app I had installed so I deleted it and installed a newer version. This didn't work so I deleted it and tried to install the older version again but was told 'a newer version has already been installed'.

    So now I can't get any android versions of Facebook to work on my phone, and other apks I download seem to not be working. I use the android version for its newsfeed so I'd quite like it back. Will anything short of a factory reset solve this?

    You must be on OS2876 (sw2836) where Android apps can't be properly uninstalled.
