You must have downloaded the one without media manager. Here's the link: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...93E4F3BB068C22
make sure you choose the one that has media manager.

Also, you could just enable mass storage mode, connect to the PC, explore to the Videos folder and pull them out yourself.

I didn't want to start a thread, but I down loaded a copy of 4.5 from Orange. I can't find where it went to. When I start the 4.5 DM, it isn't bringing it up to install? I went to go back to Orange using Garz's link but it's gone and the version I can get to to download isn't 4.5. Any idea where the exe file for it went to when I downloaded it?

    Wow. That's quite a threadjacking.

It would have downloaded to wherever you tell your computer to put downloaded files. We have no way of knowing where that is. Did you try using your computer's Search function?

Yeah, I found itn but I can't see the exe file. I probably have it right in front of me and I'm not seeing it. I thought it was supposed to come up when I started DM.

You have to install it before DM will prompt you to upgrade. If you're not seeing a .exe, what are you seeing?

Sorry Kronk, I was away working on it. It was there. I am doing something wrong. I'll come back to it tomorrow with fresh eyes.
