    After factory resetting my phone, I get a blank screen. The logo appears and boots up but the setup screen isnt visible. Please help

    What phone? What OS? the setup icon is on the homescreen.
    Does the phone ever boot to the homescreen?

    Try loading OS again....

    Use an autoloader or BlackBerry Link. :-)
