So I saw that Telus released OS 7.1 for my bold 9900, I connect to Desktop Manager (I�m using a mac) and the update worked like a charm. I plugged in my wife�s 9900 and the update didn�t come up (both of us are with Telus).. I�ve tried a battery pull, closing down the DM, restarting my computer.. I even uninstalled and then reinstall the DM, and still nothing.. anyone else having this problem?

Apparently telus pulled that OS. Just get the TMOBILE one that just came out. Works great.
