Why Can't I send an email to a Docomo email addy in Japan with my Blackberry?

However,my sister in law can send an email via her Docomo cell phone to my Blackberry no problem?

I have tried replying to her email and I get a return failed to deliver message.

I have even tried typing in her addy to no avail also.

Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry to revive an old thread, but have you (or anybody else) figured this out yet? I'm having the same problem.

I was able to email two other friends using Docomo. When I asked one of them about it, she explained that they are able to block emails from abroad or from the internet. I told my other friend about it, so now she'll try to monkey around with her settings.
