    When I access my email and navigate to my INBOX and click the + and access my folders, it will not show the older emails I had in here?

    How do you have your email set up on the device: EAS, IMAP, POP? If IMAP or EAS, what time frame do you have the handset keeping messages for? The default is generally 30 days. You may also need to set up the folders to actually sync to your handset: unless there's two arrows shaped like a circle next to the folder name, it's not syncing on your device.
