[CrackBerry Question]

Since the newest software update couple of weeks ago, I keep getting message that there is only one more step I need to take confirm my Bbid account. But it is impossible.
I typed my pass, but it didnt accept it, then at the end it sad im locked out for 15 minutes bcs of too many wrong attempts.
I am sure I typed the right pass since I have one for all..
Each other time I open bbid option to confirm mail, it says as it did in the begining that an error has occured, and that i have only one more attempt before it locks me out again.
I tried reseting pass and even deleting bbid account via browser but nothing helps.
I cant download apps and I keep getting that annoying notification that there is only one more thing I should do..
Please help me..

I can reset password via that website, but that's all. Still cant log in via device using that password, nor I can download apps.
I didbt understand "might be forgetting" part...

Btw, when I follow this link it says my email is confirmed but when I go into settings and to bbid, there says it still needs to be confirmed, but says an error has occured when i try to �confirm� it.
