    browse but its not able to connect to the internet i also tried activating my email but am directed to enterprise activation my bbm can not be setup and i cannot access my blackberry world

    I had the same problem a year or so ago when I bought my 9900. The phone was purchased from Ebay and was still tied to an enterprise account. As such, there was no way to activate my personal email. Fortunately, I was able to return the phone to the seller for a replacement. Hope you are able to resolve your issue.
