    Hi there. Please can someone help me. I have been unable to save documents on Docs To Go. When I click on Save As the screen goes dim but the document does not save. What do I do please?

    When I click save as, it goes to a screen letting me select a folder on the media card. You have to tap twice on the bottom left of this screen to be able to switch between media card and device storage, somewhat unintuitive IMO.

    I'm wondering if you don't have a media card installed but Docs to Go is still defaulting to the non- existent media card and then failing. If so, it's probably a bug.

    If you don't already, try sticking a media card in to see what happens.
