    Someone said go to profiles but I can't find that on my blackberry.

    Settings� Notifications
    Open the Normal profile and make sure Phone notifications are set to On. And that the Normal profile is your Active profile.

    Typed on my Q10, SQN100-2, 10.3.2.2339, Radio .2340
