I'm switching for the keyboard. I had a 9900 and now a Z10, but at the end of the day am thinking the Q10 will have an even better keyboard than the 9900, and as good as the keyboard is on the Z10, there is no match for physical keys.

I'm stuck between the 2 tbh. I like the z10 for gaming, media and even msg'n as wide screen but like you said the Q10 has physical keys which is why when the bold 9000 came out nothing less would really do. For the reason the Q10 looked similar to the 9900 I passed on it but that UI (dark theme) and keys has me thinking.

May buy a Q10 as well. I currently have a work supplied HTC Windows phone that I may replace with a Q10, thereby keeping the Z10 for personal use. I like the idea of the larger battery for conference call / longer email usage.

I'm not made of money either, so I'll be hanging on to my 9930 until the contract is up in about a year. Got some really rich cats who post here apparently.

I've been addicted to my BlackBerry keyboards since my first Curve and never thought I'd like anything with a virtual keyboard. Indeed, every other touch screen device I tried I hated. But I'm liking this Z10, and now I'm spoiled by the big display. So, contract aside, I really have no desire at this point to switch back. I'll definitely check out the Q10 when it shows up on American shores, but right now I don't see myself straying from my Z.

I'm using the Z10 right now and I think it's great, especially for games and multimedia. There's just something about having a physical keyboard that I miss so I will probably be getting the Q10 when it comes out. I miss being able to type without looking at the phone. Not sure if I'm going to rock the Q10 and the Z10 at the same time or if I'll use my Q10 with one of my Android phones. I think the biggest thing I'm looking forward to with the Q10 is the overall high build quality, can't wait to test one out.

I'm getting the Q10 because I really want that physical keyboard. The Z10 is a great phone, it's perfect,really, I just miss that keyboard. People have commented that they can't believe they're seeing me use a touch screen phone. I can't believe it either. I'm excited to see how the physical keyboard goes with the new OS. Hopefully it comes to T-Mobile soon.

I love the physical qwerty keyboard and I miss how my 9900 feels in my hand and the use of the keyboard. I love the Z10 for all it is and what it stands for. Just don't like the touch screen keyboard. I can't seem to get used to it. My intentions were always to get the QUE as well as the ZED. I hope I haven't gotten too used to the full sized screen, that might be what I will miss the most. But I am going to give the QUE a shot and compare them.

Returned the z10 after 7 days, too much swiping, so I happily went back to my 9930 (I really like this phone). I'll go with the q10 when it releases.

Keep it for backup. Or switch SIM card after work to the Z10 and use the Q10 during work hours. That is the true definition of 'balance'!

I can understand that. when the slider came out, I loved the idea, & would spend all day playing with my phone, just sliding it open & closed. BUT when it came to usability, that extra second it would take to slide it open B4 I could use it, annoyed me enough to go & buy a new BOLD........That & I was worried that the phone would end up breaking as whenever I was bored I would just sit there sliding it open & closed; it was addictive lol
