Mr Chen, you promised a 12 month roadmap. Instead we got another S4 device that leaked already and the preview of another strange device that will be probably as "successful" as the Passport. Additionally a Porsche device that isn't of any interest for most of us. Is that all we get in the next 12 months? What about the fourth device? You mean the new Classic colors? Is that what you call a roadmap?

That's sad :S I really don't know why they cannot take the Passport component, put them under a glass and sell it for 400$...

Well I agree that I would like to see a bit more of a road map. The high end all touch is still a bit of a missing form factor.

Then again, I was highly skeptical that BlackBerry was working on a slider and yet there it is. Your living in dream land if you think it's an S4. Dual curved edges dude, more like the S6. Need to get it in my hands on it before I pass judgment on the keyboard. Definitely an intriguing design. I really want to see what BlackBerry does with the curved edges. Hopefully, something more than Samsung 's lame Android offering.

Well, Samsung and BlackBerry are getting cozy with one another. Another step towards a true partnership and more evidence that there is a growing rift in Android land. Very interesting indeed.

MWC ends March 5... Chen's Press Conference (the only one scheduled) ended an hour ago.

    That's probably all we get.

The leap is $275 btw, saw it on another thread. So much for a sub-$200 price to tempt the low-end budget buyers.

The slider is an interesting device for those who want a large 16:9 display and physical keyboard.

Why isn't this satisfying for you guys? It's the best of both worlds and has no width awkwardness as perceived on the passport.

Speaking as a big fan of the Torch, I quite like the slider concept (even though I LOL at it appearing anytime in 2015), but I reckon the lack of satisfaction might be due to the announcements not matching the billing.

Roadmap?, what roadmap? Where is the Visa/Victoria upgrade path for Z10/30 owners? The low-end Leap (@ $275!), a few pretty coloured Passports, and some guy waving a (niche within niche slider) concept phone around is not a roadmap.

Yap, exactly. And we don't know anything about the future of BB10 development. Was BB10 even mentioned on the event? The priority was clearly the multiplattform stuff...

For the year, it will be the Leap, luxury Porsche Design, All-keyboard phone, and a dual curved slider phone. Sounds like a roadmap to me.

Yeah it seems keeping your word isn't really a BlackBerry CEO trait. He promised what sounded like a comprehensive hardware roadmap for 2015, and sites like CrackBerry and N4BB have been scaling back expectations since he said that. So another device based on a three year old SOC, that is inferior to the Z30 is the big news? I was hoping that Chen not being in Waterloo as much as his predecessors would minimize his exposure to whatever it is up there that cause distortions in reality and being straight with your customers. Sadly he must be having the water sent down to where he spends most of his time.

Have we lost our ability for patience?

If not...I guess I'll talk to Mr Chen today and get that roadmap for you because clearly you are unable to cope without it.

Stand by your computer and ill make sure you get it ASAP.
