    Writing to deal with a problem with my 9780. Wanted to update to BBM 7. Did so. Lost the BBM icon and nothing happened. Deleted BBM7 and reloaded BBM6.something. Still no icon. BB ID also can't update?? Will load to 100% but then says it was interrupted. And still no BBM icon or access to it anymore. Need help.

    Any ideas what to do?

    Have you tried loading via DM App Loader?
