I just backed up my phone today, and I was wondering how often does everyone else back theirs up?

Last for me was five months ago... I really think I need to back up more often.

Seriously, I always forget to connect my Passport or Z30 to my pc. I happened to backup my Passport the other day, and that was only because I was switching to my Z30. Besides that, it has been ages prior to that, since I backed up.

Oh, and I work in IT, where backing up is critical. So sad...

About two weeks ago, iirc. :-)

Backup interval is determined by the maximum amount of time you want to spend trying to rescue data or restore things vs. the actual (small) effort of backing up and making sure there is enough free space on the PC...

Backed up twice in the last couple of weeks: once just before VZW forced me to update from 10.2.1 to 10.3.2.858; and again a few days ago when I updated again to 10.3.2.2339. Before that, I'd guess I was backing up about once a month. (Probably not often enough)

I have three email accounts so every time I wipe my phone all my emails, contacts, and calendar appointments follow from those accounts and restore perfectly. BlackBerry World and Amazon App Store have my apps (which are very few). I always re-do my settings so I don't have any issues when I restore. It takes some time but I don't get the issues that most complain about when they change OS's.

Technically never, since contacts, files and media are backed up/clouded separately.

Everything I have syncs to cloud. Files are on OneDrive, Remember notes sync to Evernote, email etc is on MS Exchange. Only the downloaded files need to be copied to OneDrive from time to time, and I can do this on the phone. So no, I don't back up.

I don't do manual backups anymore. My apps, files, and pictures are automatically backed up in the cloud.

My cloud content automatically syncs to my Windows laptop.

I back up every couple of weeks. I know most is backed up to the cloud, but I like keeping my text messages which can get lost with a wipe.

I backup with link to my PC about once per month.

I'm a bit fanatical about backing up having worked in the computer sector all my life. I know what devastation it can cause if you dont.
