Default When I change jobs, will losing my BES clear my personal contacts?

I am changing jobs, and I have a personal 8830 connected to my corporate BES. They will cut off my BES and according the them "wipe the device". Does that mean it will delete my contact list as well?? Thanks for the advice.

To be on the safe side you can use GoogleSync to keep a copy offsite or do an ASCII export to a .csv file and take that with you. They can and probably will do a wipe so just be ready for it.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

If I export my contacts to a .csv file from Outlook, will I be able to reinstall those via a Mac with Entourage? Or could I connect blackberry and import the .csv file without syncing it with an email client at all? That would be the best. Thanks!

If you do a googlesync of your contacts then you'll be able to install googlesync back on the BB once it's wiped and sync your contacts straight back.

Any sync of the contacts would include both your work and personal contacts so you'd need to remove them in googlemail before you sync back if you just want the personal ones.
