So im going away on holiday soon, and have this awful feeling im going to return without my phone (from loosing it or whatever) So ive backed it up on the computer. But when you do a full blackberry back up. What does that include? Pictures i pressume etc? but does it include current messages and contacts?

Blackberry Back up (when done with the Blackberry desktop software) will back up all you contacts,calendar,memo,task. Will not backup anything on your SD card.

Use BlackBerry Protect too.

If you lose your phone you can log onto BlackBerry Protect's website to wipe your phone, locate it, and send a message to the person who stole it stating who you are and you're coming to get it. Oh yeah and you can also get a loud alert on the phone if you have misplaced it even if it is on Silent.
