    Have SQN100-4 (Q10 on Sprint). OS version is 10.2.1.3358.

    Installed WhatsApp, have phone icon in upper right corner. I can receive calls but whenever I attempt to make calls (using WhatsApp), I get the following:

    "+1 (123) 456-7890 is unable to receive WhatsApp calls. Do you want to place the call through your mobile carrier instead? Carrier charges may apply."

    This message was displayed immediately after my wife called me from her iPhone using WhatsApp.

    Tried attaching screen shot, but not seeing an attachment option.

    Thanks in advance for any help.
