    When in "Messages" you can send a PIN message.. whats the difference between doing it this way vs doing it in BB Messenger?

    BBMessenger is setup like a chat style.

    PIN messaging is more like a BB to BB email.

    Think of it like MSN/Hotmail; PIN is like an email (Hotmail), BBM is a chat program (MSN).

    BBM allows you to see when the user is Available or not. Also BBM allows you to send files and voice notes. I could be wrong, but PIN messaging doesn't allow "me" to do it as I don't get the option.

    I do know that in the pin function..no message sits on a server..goes from one BB user to another only.
