I have an blackberry bold 9780 and it has a really annoying problem
The problem is.. the trackpad
I can't use my trackpad at all,i've restarted for many times and it doesn't helpful.. then I look at the options (using universal search) and there's no 'trackpad sensitivity' and it changed became 'trackball sensitivity' I got no ide about my phone.. what I've to do to get it fixed??

You can purchase a new trackpad from Amazon for about �2.00

Watch the Youtube videos on how to replace the trackpad and then if you feel comfortable, go for it.

I've done it on several 9700's, it really is very easy to do.

I thought the same with the trackpad on my 9810 - it was definately hardware (RIM replaced the entire slider to get it working again).

hmm,maybe I should came to the service centre,but I don't think in Indonesia i'll have my blackberry replaced
