Looks like a ColorWare Storm/S2 in portrait with SureType keyboard up, and a funky theme providing the font. Can Storm themes change the on-screen keyboard font? Or is it just MovieOS?

Yeah, looks like a completely different phone minus the blackberry mark.

TV shows often will put their own fake made up UIs on phones. It looks like a color were phone with a fake UI.
