Dtek60 is best bb-android phone. Biggest advantages are better security and much better pricing for same specs. Updates are very timely and camera is good, as are pixel / apple.

Best BlackBerry is 9900/9930 in terms of classic design and nostalgia and physical keyboard and one-handed usage. Pretty much unmatched in terms of business productivity.

Best BlackBerry ever is passport SE for seamless hub / bb10 integration.

The best BlackBerry is the dtek60. It's biggest advantage over those two phones is that it is about $400cdn less expensive.

BlackBerry-branded Androids have got all the downsides of a regular Android handset, in particular signing over everything you ever do with it to the scrutiny of Google / Alphabet / NSA. And malware. (Only difference is that you might or might not get your patches earlier than some others.)

If you want an Android, look for the V20 (a more farndula phone), the S7 which if you dont mind Sammy bad software support and crappy touchwiz, is still a good offering, the pixel if you want to be up to date inmediately in Software, the Huawei Mate 9 Porshe Edition due to its brutal specs (256GB internal plus expandable, 4000 mah battery with an outstanding Full HD screen, a processor that goes toe to toe with The 821, an oustanding dual camera and 6gb of ram), very pricey, but in My opinion, worth, note that it also have Nougat out of the Box, the Priv if you want a "Classic" BlackBerry experience, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium if you want something cool cheap

On topic, the Dtek 60 doesn't do anything than the Pixel or I7 can't do, in fact those 2 are superior to the Dtek 60 in some key areas, the Pixel for example also have monthly patches and semi-inmediately OS Major updates (something than BlackBerry dreams), Yeah the pixel doesn't have expandable memory, but take the XL at 128 gb plus infinite cloud memory and you are good to go, and the I7, well IOS isn't My Style, but if you are going after one, spent the Cash on the plus of 256 gb of memory, but if you are going after the Apple, My advice is wait for the I8, and with BlackBerry, if you want something cool, wait for mercury, if not, take a phone from the list I made above that matchs your needings

Superior security "yeah right" and BBM stickers. Nothing really, poor implementation of android st a higher price than the competition. Guaranteed you won't get any support in a year's time.

So you are saying that the dtek60 is more expensive than the iPhone 7 or Pixel?

I think that you should check those prices again.

Security plus price. Rivaled only by iPhone SE . The iPhone SE is actually a better at being a BlackBerry than a current BlackBerry. One handed use, great battery , security, encrypted messaging.....

Reliability and OS . Our iPhone 5 works as well today as when it was purchased. You can not say that about many phones or possibly any phones purchased at the same time.

Since I own a Z10 , I can say that basically this is not true. The runtime issue alone is enough for disqualification.
