    Can anyone give any advice I recently bought a z10 now I'm worried the person I bought it off may not pay bill or report lost or something leaving me with diff z10 is there any way of covering myself or do I just hope they are honest and pay there bill ?

    Ummm first, what carrier? CDMA activates differently than GSM...
    How long have you had the phone. Is it already active on your line?
