Was there a general BIS outage last night across multiple carriers? E-mail went down for me for a few hours before I called Verizon technical support. They claimed that it was a BB outage and that we needed to delete all service books and re-register. Still having problems sending replies today even though I can compose and send new e-mails. Being a relative newcomer, don't know how often this occurs (though I heard about the one last February). Anyone else out there run into this or is this a matter of passing the buck at VZW? Worried about reliability now so any thoughts would be helpful in deciding whether to stay (still within 30 day window) or go...
