    ...crash. Was using BB IM and was typing something and the unit did a hard lock.

    Arghh. Have had the phone, for 6 days total.

    Whatis a hard lock?

    Did you do a battery pull? Didn't help?
    Maybe reloading OS might solve it

    Hard lock = nothing I could do BUT a battery pull. Sure, it fixed the problem right up lol. Basically it froze. Was using the BB IM when it happened. Any stability issues, with this program?
