this appears to be an old BBOS type message. Once BBOS inbox received the message it processes it and deletes it. You as a user never see them generally. Not sure otherwise, seems like spam though
Yes. To me it looks like a simple silent email trigger of some sort.
Similar to ones that can be sent to your device remotely to start GPS, wipe the device, etc.
I also believe it is supposed to activate or trigger a function and then be auto-deleted as well.
