    I looked and saw nothing in there that could do that after I spoke up anyway.
    All I could suggest, is to maybe uninstall the last two programs (if any) that you've put on the device, power it down, remove the battery, sim and SD card and then after a few minutes, power it back on - minus the cards.. and see if your settings are back then.
