Web based BES administration?

Has anyone ever attempted to use the Perl script \ website shown in the O'riley Blackberry Hacks book?

It's supopsed to work with 4.1 and newer, and allows you to add, delete, and activate users from a webpage, but I can't get it to work... Wondering if anyone ever has? I can't seem to find a thing about it in any forum I have checked.
