Your other option is slingbox. I don't know if Orb has a BB client or not.

There's also primetime to go, but you have to pay for content. All media will drain the battery pretty fast.

Battery life for sprint on the tour is okay, after about an hour straight you will lose a bar and a half. At least that's how my buddies is.

Slingbox is definitely an option.... Although that does require you to by a slingbox and set it up at your house.

Any way to get a preview of the slingbox option before making the purchase?

It also depends on what kind of television you want to watch. If it is regular network television, you can go to the website (NBC, CBS, ABC) and watch all of the shows for free. Three are chapters to the episodes, but they are free and show very nicely on Blackberry devices. I used to watch television shows with my Bold so the Tour may be different. But I would try to watch television that way first before you pay for anything. Hope this helps.
