Helloooo crackberry.
My WAP stopped working...more like disappeared?
I was able to watch videos one day and the next it said I had to download adobe to be able to watch videos.
I did a battery pull. I called AT&T warranty help or w/e and she had me do a bunch of things that didn't work.
Is my only option to do a factory restore? any help would be appreciated.
Thanks !

you need to 1) make sure you have a BIS/BES plan 2) resend the service books.
