I ams still new to bb but I am trying to be a quick learner. What does wap. mean? I see that a lot: wap.blackberry. Also, if I want to look at sites on my bb do I need to put mobile in the address, I see that a lot too. thanks, di
wap is a site you go to from your phone. or other mobile device that is not designed for full blown internet viewing. most websites (ok a lot...) have a wap or a mobi, or a pda version that simply limits the content and makes it much easier to see on a mobile device with a two inch screen.
