I downloaded the upgrade and it locked the system up; I can't retrieve my voice recordings. I sent a message to Crackberry last Friday and I still haven't heard back from them.
Please beware, this company could be another "backyard garage" setup. Usually customer service is better with other web sites.
I would contact Shape Services, not Crackberry as they can't help with actual support for the software. Shape Services actually has very good customer service - try sending them a message through their customer support page: Support
