Just wanted to support CrackBerry and bought a VPN Unlimited subscription, see the homepage.

Running a DNS leak test, it's using friggin' Google DNS to resolve host names, for goodness sake?

Aren't there any better options than Google Public DNS for name resolution
    ?

I'm sure this offer hasn't been vetted properly before it was thrown out. Why not OpenDNS, Comodo, CensurfriDNS or any other option out there?
How badly must this product be designed if they are using something that's so obviously and blatantly defying the purpose?

Not a party pooper, but hey, a refund would be in order. The emailing effort, though, is probably not worth my hourly rate...

    :-D / :-(

    What's your take, guys?
Does privacy still matter in 2016? Do we deserve properly designed and executed products?

    "... says the iDrone...?"

Give me a tangible benefit of using such a product.

What are you using the VPN for?
Depending on purpose I can recommend another solution.

Just for a bit of internet privacy. I'm not obsessed, but I like to be able to put a few checks on the relentless tracking... :-)

Sure torrent leechers are happy with the product...

You can use a pfsense box and setup an IKE v2 VPN server at home. Then you can have all your mobile devices connect with it.

This way all your mobile communications are secure up to your home provider. From then on....
You can connect to all insecure hotspots and not care at all.

Most ISPs block home servers in countries other than the US. For those in Canada Cloud-A offers a reasonably priced platform to implement the environment suggested with IKE v2 VPN.
