I have a user who has a bold 8900 - they can receive and send sms, make and receive phone calls and receive email but are unable to send email.
GPRS is enabled, and we have deleted the service book and the desktop CICAL and CMIME and sent a new book, then removed battery and power cycled but still unable to send email.
Anyone ever seen this before? User is currently in Malaysia
