I would like my BlackBerry to announce who is calling. Like maybe instead of a ringtone maybe say 'call from ..." is this possible?

I would also like a ringtone that says 'new message' if I can't have automatic voice notification. Anyone have one? Cuz I would just assign that as my txt tone.
