Vodafone find and go

I have Storm. It connects via Bluetooth hands-free in my car for phone calls. But when on find and go the directions only play back via the handset speaker which is difficult to hear with traffic noise. Apparently this is a design flaw, but maybe someone out there has a solution. ???

Also, if you make a call and then have to key in numbers (for example to enter credit card details) the keyboard has no facility to erase a mistake other than start all over again. Anyone know a solution??

Is there a way of asking Blackberry to fix these fundamental design flaws in phone?
