I've just downloaded Viigo Crackberry Edition to my Curve... It's a nice service, but I have a question.... My carrier is Telcel in Mexico, no problem at all... I guess CB edition is an standard edition... I've set the network to BIS-B, which I guess all the data goes through RIM servers, is that right ? otherwise if I use telcels APN I will be charged with lot of many... Thanks for the help !

I'm not sure, but I have a similar question. Mine is set to "auto" and I was wondering if it should be set to "WAP". Anyone have any thoughts?

It depends on what package you subscribed for. Over where I am, I can choose to have 10mb free, and RM0.20 per kb after that, or pay a fixed amount for unlimited data.

If you have the unlimited package, then downloading huge amount of data will be fine. However, if you have the pay-as-you-go account, it would still be expensive.

Check your subscription first to make sure that you do not receive a shocking bill at the end of the month.
