Viewing PIN messages

Recently, I have been unable to view PIN messages. I use to be able to author PIN messages through my email box and they would show up in either my BB email box or my SMS box; but now they are just not showing. In order to read a PIN message, I have to change the message boxes from Seperate to Combined and they will show for as long as I keep the box open. Once I close the combined message box, they are gone again; then the process has to start over again.

I can, of course, view PIN messages, of those people I have set up in BB Messenger, in Messenger, but I cannot view messages from those I do not have set up in Messenger. Anyone else have this issue?

They will always appear in your messages folder unless you're hiding that and don't want to access it.

Did you try this already?

Go to your BlackBerry messenger and go to options. There is an option in there that says show conversations in message list.. Make sure that is marked yes.
