I am having a problem missing calls so I want to know if there is a way or an app that lets me use a ringtone for a phone call and vibrate for every other alert for my blackberry tour. If someone could please help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Just create a new alerts profile, or change the settings of Normal. Then go in and set everything to vibrate, except for Phone, which you can set to a ringtone.

Or if you're always in the Vibrate profile edit that to have it use a ringtone for phone calls.
