Is there a way to change start times from only being in 15 minute intervals. I have a Verizon 8830. If I can't make an appointment at 2:20 what use is the PIM features, or for that matter the blackberry? Please tell me there is an easy way to fix this...I already searched the manuals. I'm still within 30 days so I would appreciate a prompt response.

In the calendar you can only start events in 15 minute intervals. What can I do if I want to start an appointment at 2:20 not 2:00 2:15 2:30 2:45.

I just go to the time and in put the time using the number pad. and hit a or p for AM or PM .....

FYI... Under Options, you can set the time your day starts, initial view (day, week, month) adjust the default snooze, default reminder...etc.
Play around, there is a ton of settings you can adjust.
