Under wifi diagnostics, everything else looks normal, except for Blackberry Infrastructure section, do u ever see it keeps trying to connect(yellow bar) and failing(red cross) with the Authenticating router and Authenticating server on N/A(gray slash)?
Anyone care to explain what caused this and how to target fix this.
