I still had one attempt for input of a unblock code (Up to me tried 8 times, I have received a code have entered its but a code why that have not approached, there was one attempt)
How to dump quantity of attempts that was again 10?

Sorry, I'm a bit confused with the 'statement / question' here. If you're saying you're nearing 10 attemps, I'd be VERY reluctant to try again...
I suggest getting a replacement device, and thus a new unlock code...
Now general number 9, I tried 1 time. The opportunity of zeroing of the counter interests.
