So far Verizon is the only one to support all three BB10 devices. AT&T has the Z10 and Q10. Sprint and T-Mobile only have the Q10. We know that T-Mobile hasn't been on friendly terms with BlackBerry as of late, so its unlikely they would carry the Classic. BB10 was a fresh start for BlackBerry, but it hasn't really caught on. Which carriers will give the new device a chance?

Probably Verizon, maybe AT&T, slim chance of Sprint. Canadian carriers are also likely.

I'm hoping they sell direct from Shop BlackBerry.

I’m simply referring to carrying the device, not necessarily having it in the store.

Carriers have to whitelist every individual CDMA phone for their network, while (unlocked) GSM phones just need a working SIM.

Hoping they sell direct from BlackBerry in US also. I'd rather pay BlackBerry cash up front for an unlocked device.

From what N4BB's Niko said the main carrier that is very interested already is ATT.

As long as the price is reasonable this is how I will get one.

Yeah as much as I want Sprint to carry the classic I doubt that they will. If I had the money I would move my account to Verizon but I have too many phones and there rate plans are higher. Sprint coverage is excellent where I'm at so I guess I'm stuck for the time being....

I would be surprised if Verizon didn't carry it. It's still got the best network in the U.S. and that's why many businesses use it. So you would think they would want to appeal to their large enterprise user base by offering the Classic.

Yeah, my guess is they will not carry it, but I sure hope I am wrong. I'm with Sprint, my contract is up in July. I just bought a used Q10, so I won't need to renew my contract to get a new phone. If they don't carry the Classic, I will seriously consider switching to a carrier that does.

I'd say Verizon for sure since they carry all the BB10 devices and even some legacy ones still. T-Mobile is out. Sprint is a maybe. They seem to go with only qwerty BlackBerry's over there, so the Classic would be a BlackBerry to their liking. AT&T is a toss up. Have my doubts about them since they don't get any white versions of BB10 devices, skipped the Z30, and was the last carrier in the U.S. and world to rollout the latest OS update. AT&T almost seems to be going the route of TMO.

I think it will be a good idea to sell the Classic directly from BlackBerry to customers via BlackBerry online shop.

I believe it will also be a great idea for BlackBerry to market and sell the devices directly to corporate buyers. A few strong sales people could do the sales pitch and closing on big corporate deals but those sales people need to be backed up by an equally strong, and even more reliable and committed support team.

Great after sales customer support can really help build positive product image. BlackBerry desperately needs to find some way of recreating a positive image.

I would have no problem buying direct from BlackBerry if I didn't have a CDMA carrier.

I think Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T will carry the Classic. Each carried the 99xx and probably still have a lot of enterprise customers using BlackBerry phones. BlackBerry will push the Classic hard to enterprise users via their in-house sales teams so I think there will be more demand for these phones than the Q10. You won't see these on T-Mobile, Metro PCS, etc.
