Upgrading OS: 'Error 561'. Please help!

I Have A Unloked Blackberry Peal And I Try To Update To 4.5 And I Dont Know What Happen But The Phone Give Me And Error 561!!!!!!!! And Now I Try To Install Again And The Error Keeps There..... And Other Thing Is In The Steep Coneccting To Device Says U Maybe Have A Password Put The Password And I Dont Have One!!!!!!!!!! Please Help Me!!!!! Sorry For My English !!!!!!:d :eek:
